Founded in 2020, Bloom & Grow started with a single vacant lot and a handful of seeds. Today, we manage sustainable urban gardens across the city. Our mission is simple: to fight food insecurity by providing fresh, organic produce to local food banks while creating green sanctuaries for our neighbors to enjoy.
Our flagship location featuring 20 raised beds, a sensory garden for kids, and a dedicated composting station.
Located directly behind Sunnyvale Elementary, this garden focuses on science education and after-school workshops.
